My tomatoes and basil have fared well this weekend, despite the convention. At least I was home at night and able to water. They seem to have sprung up dozens of blossoms while I've been adventuring!
Another baby bird fills my yard with his insistent calls for Mom to bring him food. When I came out, he froze, trying not to draw attention to himself. He's still not very good at flying. It made him easy to photograph!
Apparently the only thing I'm photographing for this blog is my little garden! LOL! I'm so excited about my tomatoes and basil, which are growing so quickly!!
My lemon tree is the happiest lemon tree in the world this year. Not only did it give, and give, and give all spring long, but I haven't even finished harvesting the ripe lemons, and LOOK! it's growing new baby ones!
I have a brand new tomato growing! It is so tiny, I think that my two tomato plants are different types! My first tomato is growing so well, too. I'm so proud! And my basil is happy as a lark, too.
