Isa Chandra Moskowitz has once again made a glorious recipe! Sunflower Mac.
This satisfies all of my mac and cheeze urges, and cooks up in just 30 minutes! This sauce is even delicious on steamed broccoli.

Occasionally my local Whole Foods carries gluten-free gnocchi. I was delighted to see these basil ones. I paired it with some spaghetti sauce for a nearly instant meal.
