I'm always on the lookout for good party food. Something to bring to a party, serve at a party, or just have a private, fun, snack. These stuffed mushrooms are so good they will surprise you. Watch out, however, because eating them is addictive. These are perfect appetizers, or tapas. They can be formal or casual. They definitely deliver on taste. Oh, so good!

Stuffed Mushrooms
Servings: 15 to 20.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Clean using paper towels or mushroom brush:
15 to 20 white or brown mushrooms, stems removed
Make recipe, or follow package instructions to heat up. Heat then chop into small pieces:
5 oz (140g) Tempeh Bacon, or other veggie bacon, chopped,
Add bacon to a large-size bowl, along with:
8oz (225g) non-dairy cream cheese, room temp (I like Tofutti brand best, but Follow Your Heart is also good)
3 garlic cloves, minced
pinch of salt & pepper
With a small spoon, fill mushrooms with cream cheese mixture (not more than ½ inch (1cm) above the top of mushroom. Place filled mushrooms on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until cream cheese starts to brown.
