Watering, watering, watering.

Woops! I didn't need to water quite this much!

My tomatoes and basil have fared well this weekend, despite the convention. At least I was home at night and able to water. They seem to have sprung up dozens of blossoms while I've been adventuring!

My other tomato plant is growing these cute little cherry tomatoes. And here I am watering them!

This is my first harvest from my garden! Fresh Basil! I got oodles of it! I'm going to make pesto, I think. Yummy!

Apparently the only thing I'm photographing for this blog is my little garden! LOL! I'm so excited about my tomatoes and basil, which are growing so quickly!!

I have a brand new tomato growing! It is so tiny, I think that my two tomato plants are different types! My first tomato is growing so well, too. I'm so proud! And my basil is happy as a lark, too.

I found one of the nests that held the baby birds this spring! I believe this one housed the sparrows.

And my tomatoes and basil have survived their transplanting!

Woops! That tomato is getting too heavy for my poor little tomato plant. Good thing today is the day I am transplanting them!

My tomato plant (with tomato!) is getting so big! Here it is, with the half barrel that will soon be it's permanent home.

Just before my trip to New Orleans, I bought this little pot at the farmers market. It has two tomato plants and three basil plants in it's little 10" pot. Planting something this year was one of my 101 goals, so I bought it. But then I left town, and the poor little pot sat on my patio until I returned home.

When I got home, my little plants had gotten much bigger!

Of course I still don't have the dirt I need to transplant these little lovelies. But I really need to do it soon, because just a few days later I have found this!!
